Turnaround Time - Our quality standard is to process your request for copies in 10 to 14 days. (Some restrictions may apply).

Requesting Copies of a Birth Certificate - Columbus Community Hospital does not maintain copies of Birth Certificates.Copies may be requested from the Columbia County Register of Deeds in Portage, Wisconsin.
